Dear Veteran

Thank you for your sacrifice. It doesn't matter why you chose to join the U.S. military, but as someone who will probably never be a part of an arm of our military, I thank you. I wholeheartedly respect your undeniable selflessness and courage. You deserve to be recognized as a hero, regardless of your role and how big or small you felt your role played in securing our freedom and rights or helping underserved nations with their struggles.
